Please read the following conditions carefully.

The terms and conditions apply to all business transactions carried out by us www.MasterZone.co.uk.

The person who is applying for these bespoke goods from us www.MasterZone.co.uk will hereinafter be referred to as the ‘Purchaser’

Your statutory rights are not affected. It is the sole responsibility of you the Purchaser to ensure that all the correct details are entered into www.MasterZone.co.uk ordering system at the time of purchase. If you the Purchaser are choosing to upload your own design www.MasterZone.co.uk cannot be responsible for its quality or layout, we print directly from your creation. If you are unsure with the image do not hesitate to email team@masterzone.co.uk

Under the Distance Selling Regulations www.MasterZone.co.uk must notify you that the service we provide begins as soon as an order is received. Subsequently there is no ‘cooling off period’, the transaction cannot be reversed and no refund can be given. In no circumstances shall the Company be made responsible for any wish by the Purchaser to cancel the agreement. In such cases where any payment made shall be refunded in full, provided that the failure is through no fault of the Purchaser but by the Company. The Company’s liability is strictly limited to a full refund only and no claims for damages; interest on monies paid or any other expenses shall be entertained. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the fastest possible dispatch of goods, the Company cannot guarantee any specific time period for the full transaction. The Company cannot accept responsibility for delays or errors caused by the postal system, third party carriers and electronic mail. Any problems or issues with an order once delivered the Purchaser must inform the Company within seven days of receipt.

The company will replace any goods that are damaged in transit or do not meet the quality standards that we set. If the purchaser has received damaged goods or goods that do not meet their expectations please send an email through to the company with photos. Any returns made will be at the purchasers own expense as the company will issue refunds/replacements on sight of photos.

The timescale for receiving your parcel will depend on which postage option is applied. If you need your item sent to an alternative address, you must add the address to your PayPal account and please be aware that www.MasterZone.co.uk cannot be responsible for items lost in the post due to incomplete or incorrect addresses being given. Packages delivered by the Royal Mail will not be considered as ‘lost’ for a period of 15 working days at which time a replacement will be sent out.

If you have any questions or are uncertain as to the meaning of any aspect of these terms and conditions you must contact us prior to placing your order, as all orders received and acted upon by us on the understanding that our terms and conditions have been read, understood and accepted by the Purchaser.

PRIVACY POLICY: We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
